The Thermal Zero Power Pack muffler packing kit contains a high-density ceramic packing material section measuring 1″ thick, 12″ wide, and 24″ long. Our ceramic muffler packing kits are far denser than normal fiberglass packing material, allowing the repacked muffler to have a much better tone. Ceramic material is also superior to fiberglass, as it is much more durable and can handle nearly three times the amount of heat.

Our packing kits have a heat resistance of up to 2500°F, making them suitable for a variety of applications, including pottery kilns, wood-burning stoves, and glass-blowing furnaces. One kit typically covers at least one muffler, but it's always a good idea to measure your canisters to ensure a proper fit.
